Restaurant Style Pudina Chutney


         hi all,
                I wanted my blog to start off with one of my family's signature recipes,so here I'm starting with my dear Pudina/Mint chutney. Every time it is made it comes out so tasty that it has made its own place even in the hearts of ardent non-veg fans.I don't want you to keep guessing anymore, so lets start......
                          Preparation Time   =10 min
                          Cooking Time        =10 min


Ingredients:
                 Pudina      =1 bunch
                 cilantro/
                 kothimeera=1 bunch
                 Onion         =1
                 Tomato     =1
                 Red chilles =10
                 Tamarind    =small lemon size
                 jeera/cumin =little for tempering
                Salt
                Oil


Method :
            Heat the pan on medium flame.Add 1 tbsp of oil,once it is hot add Jeera and let it splutter
            Then add chopped onions and Red chilles,fry them till the onions  are translucent ,be careful  not to burn them.
            Add chopped Tomatoes,Salt and tamarind .Once the tomatoes are cooked add chopped Pudina and cilantro.Don't let the tomatoes to become too mushy.
           fry the mixture and cook it for 2min with lid on .Simmer it ,stir it occasionally until the leaves looses its water.
           Switch off the stove, take the mixture into plate & let it cool
           Grind it to smooth paste
           Take it into bowl & serve.Goes well with Biryani,Fried rice,Plain rice,Vada etc.....
